Shipping

Where do you ship to? 

Europe (Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City)

Worldwide (Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates)

We currently do not ship to the US/Canada, or the Spanish Canary Islands. 

How much is shipping? And how long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Within the republic of Ireland - €5.25 with An Post. Estimated 2-3 day delivery. 

We generally use DPD for UK and EU deliveries, although prices may vary slightly depending on whether we ship using An Post/GLS. 

UK - €12.49  Estimated delivery is 2-3 working days.

Shipping rates across Europe vary and will be calculated at checkout. EU shipping times estimate between 2-7 working days depending on country/carrier. 

Australia and the rest of the world - €38.68. Estimated shipping times vary between 3-7 working days. 

How do I track my order?

All of our shipments are tracked. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking number. All orders are shipped on the next working day!

Do you offer free shipping? 

We do offer free shipping on orders over €99.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order, email us atsupport@thedreamedit.comright away and we will do our best to stop it, however please note that if the order has been processed in our fulfilment centre, we cannot cancel your order.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Because our products are consumable food supplements, we can only accept unopened/unused and untampered with products for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your products must be in the same condition as you received them. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Send us an email at refunds@thedreamedit.com to let us know you want to return your product/products and we’ll let you know how to return them to us!  

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your products and unfortunately, these shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, you will get an email notifying you of receipt and our approval or rejection of your refund. Successful returns will be processed within 7-10 working days. Sometimes, we might need to get in touch with you for further information in relation to processing your refund. 

Order Enquiries 

How can I check my order status and track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking information. Always check your spam email just incase it went there! Any issues, just email us atsupport@thedreamedit.com

How long does delivery take?

We use DPD as our default carrier for their quick delivery! So as soon as your order is dispatched, we aim to have it with you on the next working day if possible within Ireland, however always give at least 2-3 working days for delivery within Ireland. For international deliveries, give 7-10 working days for delivery to arrive. 

I want to cancel my order, how can I do that?

As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can of course cancel your order by emailing us atsupport@thedreamedit.com.Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot cancel it unfortunately as it is in the hands of our delivery carrier, how once you receive the order, you can just send it back to us unopened for a full refund. Email us atsupport@thedreamedit.comand we'll walk you through step by step on what to do. 

Subscription 

How do I log into my subscription account?

You can click on ‘manage subscription’ in the website footer or you can click on the profile icon in the top right hand corner of the main website page to log in.

How can I pause my subscription for a month?

Once you log into your account, go to your active subscriptions and beside your next order date, you’ll see ‘pause future orders’ in blue.

How can I swap or remove products in my subscription? or skip a shipment?

Once you log into your account, go to your active subscriptions and click on ‘show details’.
From here, scroll down to ‘products in my subscription’ and you’ll see the options for
swapping out or removing products. To skip a shipment, click on ‘manage upcoming orders’where you will see the option to skip a month.

How do I update my payment method?

Once you log into your account, go to your active subscriptions and click on ‘show details’.
From here, click on ‘payment information’.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Once you log into your account, go to your active subscriptions and click on ‘show details’.
From here, scroll down to the bottom of the options list and you will see ‘cancel subscription’.
